LEARNING HOW TO SLEEP, TO BRUSH AND TO CHEW…

Health begins to improve through the practices, because we begin to drink plenty of water, we begin to have meal times, sleeping times; we learn how to sleep in different positions (there are 17 basic and 30 collateral ones). The way of sleeping reflects your state of consciousness. With all due respect and love, we cannot sleep like pigs. You lie down in a position, you roll around all night and you wake up and say: Oh! I had a terrible night…! And it turns out that it is simply the reflection of your state of consciousness.

People do not like to be told: “Look, you can calm the spirit, if you sleep in a specific way…” That sounds incredible! When had you heard that before? And, what does my way of sleeping have to do with my spirit? Everything. Because a dispersed, confused, diffused and deluded spirit rolls around all night, because the consciousness is restless, because the madwoman (the mind) overcomes you, and you cannot sleep peacefully, calmly all night… like an original divine being, in a cataleptic state. Sleeping reflects my state of consciousness. My chewing reflects my state of consciousness. My fecal matter, my poop reflects my state of consciousness.

We have sleeping techniques, chewing techniques (there are 33 fundamental points for chewing). And for our poop to improve, we have to learn how to chew food in the most liquid and aqueous way, because the Seers say: “Tell me how you eat, and I will tell you how you poop”. By chewing in a wrong way, we have terrible digestion, serious colon problems, serious digestive problems… We have to learn how to sleep… how to eat… how to walk, which is an art… how to sit, which is another art… and to bathe, which is another art. We teach people how to dry brush the body everyday, that way they don’t have to go to a SPA to get their soul, their skin and their heart scrubbed off…
