SACRED SOUNDS
Inasmuch as we practice the codes and learn the art of sleeping, of chewing, etc, we start to listen to sounds in the body. Because the body is the most wonderful musical box that exists. The body starts to sound in different ways. When the mind quiets down, different musical notes come out from within us: do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si.

Each organ of the body has a fundamental musical note. The Seers taught me the sacred sound of the kidney and I had to sing to it everyday as if it were a baby. Since I had forced myself, since I had damaged my own kidney, because of my attitude, my thinking, my feeling and my talking; then, that kidney had to be born again and I had to make it happen, by indulging it as if it were a baby, and by singing sacred lullabies to it; so, each organ inside the body has a fundamental sound.
The liver, the pancreas, the spleen, the adrenal glands, the heart, the intestine have their key sound, and there is a wonderful, ancient and millenary art called: the sacred symphony of the Universe, the sacred music of the spheres, the subtle sound of the spirit, the Shabd (in Sanskrit). There are sounds that heal a person just by pronouncing them. Those are sacred sounds. The creation has the sacred sounds with which God created the Universe and the world. The planets, the galaxies, the plants and the animals have a note, a sound. They are called: the sacred sounds of the spirit.
